For CCTV, alarms, access control, GPS trackers and automation jobs, site survey may be required before final installation cost is confirmed.
Customers should ensure access to electricity, internet/router/SIM readiness, vehicle availability, building access or device availability before technicians arrive.
Missed appointments, unavailable site access, incomplete customer details or unsafe work conditions may lead to rescheduling and additional logistics/service charges.
